1. Delivery Coverage & Logistics Partners

• Hong Kong & Macau (Domestic):
Orders are fulfilled via SF Express. We support door-to-door delivery (residential and commercial addresses) as well as SF Self-Pickup Points (SF Stores and EF Lockers). Please input the complete SF Point Code and address at checkout.

• International & UAE / Middle East:
Orders are dispatched via international express couriers (FedEx / DHL Express / EMS) with comprehensive door-to-door tracking.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• Order Processing:
Following payment verification, each order undergoes rigorous quality control and packaging. Dispatches occur within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Local Transit Time (HK & Macau):
Typically 1–3 business days following dispatch.

• International Transit Time (UAE & Global):
Typically 4–7 business days, subject to local customs clearance.

3. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

• Complimentary Shipping:
Orders exceeding our designated threshold qualify for complimentary standard shipping. (Applicable thresholds are dynamically calculated at checkout).

• Standard Rates:
For orders below the complimentary tier, real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Consignment Tracking

Upon dispatch, an automated notification containing your direct consignment tracking number will be delivered via email, allowing real-time monitoring of your parcel.
