2. Orders, Pricing & Batch Allocation
• Pricing & Currencies: Product prices are displayed and settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), or in your selected local currency (e.g., AED, USD) where supported at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions, and correct typographic data errors at our discretion.
• Limited Batch Allocation: To preserve botanical potency, our "Batch Releases" and limited promotional editions may be subject to order quantity restrictions per customer or delivery destination.
• Order Verification: The automated order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your request but does not signify final contract acceptance. We reserve the absolute right to cancel or decline any order due to inventory shortages, pricing inaccuracies, or suspected fraud, with an immediate full refund issued.

3. Dermatological Advisory & Disclaimer
All skincare information, ingredient analyses, and clinical trial citations provided on this platform are for routine cosmetic reference only and do not constitute formal medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
• Preliminary Patch Test: Due to individualized skin biology, we recommend conducting a 24-hour localized patch test behind the ear or on the inner wrist before regular application.
• Discontinuation: If persistent redness, irritation, or discomfort occurs, cease use immediately and consult a licensed dermatologist.

4. Shipping & Transfer of Risk
Consignments are fulfilled by SF Express or designated international couriers. Risk of loss or damage transfers entirely to the recipient once the package has been delivered to the designated address or automated collection point (e.g., smart lockers). 5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any dispute arising from the use of our services or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
